This outfit is just perfect. From head to toe, I love her on this picture which was taken after the Gucci SS09 show, so some time ago, but models are always ahead when it comes to fashion anyways. I love the Gucci make up, its extreme but makes her eyes shine so beautifully. And ive always been a big fan of Julias hair, its gorgeous. And now her outfit….I loooooooove the way she wears this button up shirt, she kinda knotted it in the front which makes it look so much more special than it actually is. And her boots….I mean….what can I say besides that i want them, they’re super cool. Alright Julia, thanx for being an inspiration for my own style ; )

Louis Vuitton, loved it!

Another collection that I really enjoyed! Seems like Paris saved best for last. After I was disappointed by tons of designers this season, I was surprised that crazy Marc Jacobs impressed me with his collection for Louis Vuitton. First of all…62 outfits! Respect for that….Galliano only had 32. And I love most of the bags, they are very Chanel inspired which is always a good thing imo, the clothes are pretty crazy but the colors are amazing, I especially love the different shades of yellow and purple. The bunny ears….well…I dunno what to think about that but since its easter soon I will let Marc get away with it ; ) Here’s my collage of some of my favorite pieces…

Miranda and Behati

Now that’s a cool VS launch. Two of my favorite VS models, Miranda Kerr and Behati Prinsloo presented a new fragrance at LA’s Grove yesterday. Miranda looked pretty and spring-ish , wearing a light green dress and nude Miu Miu Heels. Behati looked a bit more casual in a flower kinda hippie dress, wearing hardly any make up. Honestly, I love that VS doesnt glam Behati up at events like that. U know…usually the VS angels wear tons of bronzer and fake lashes and fake hair, but I guess since Behati represents the PINK line, which is intended for a younger group of girls, they want her too look natural. Good decision! Here are some more pics of the cuties…

So, Claudia Schiffer is on the cover for VOGUE UK’s April issue. Thats good. The cover itself….meh….pretty nice but boring. They chose the wonderful silver/gold Versace dress (I knew this dress would be in countless editorials and covers the minute I saw it on the runway) which is just too predictable for my taste. But then I saw THIS shot…

…which is just amazing and I know this would never have been chosen for a cover but in my little “perfect cover world” I would choose this picture for the cover of VOGUE UK April along with a yellow font. Different? yes. Better? yes.

Givenchy F/W 09/10 … to die for

Finally a collection this season that I really love. I am not sure why but this Givenchy collection just has something very “clean” and sophisticated to it, but if you look at the details it’s very playful. There are a lot of feathery pieces and a lot of -my beloved- studs on dresses, jumpsuits and shoes. I LOVE those studded wedges…I would wear them everyday if I had them. Yeah I think it’s safe to say that those studded Givenchy shoes are my favorite item of the whole Paris Fashion Week so far. Here’s a little collage I made….hope you like.

Oh and…yeah…those are Natasha’s legs ;) And…Adriana Lima walked in this show too….so surprising.

The Yays and Nays of Paris Fashion Week

Usually I either love or hate a collection. This week I was way more confused because it seemed like I only loved single pieces of each collection and hated the rest. I dont know why….Paris confused me….I was so excited to see the new Balmain collection and there are 4 or 5 outfits I love, but the rest is just a big disappointment. Dior disappointed me a lot too, I hate the hair and make up but I love the shoes. Lanvin left me uninspired and the rest left me speechless….I wasnt blown away. Here are my Yays and Nays of Paris Fashion Week:

Sorry about the short post today, will hopefully have more time tomorrow. Just wanna say that I fell in love with this VSPink Hoodie. I’m a big fan of comfy hoodies anyways (although I dont wear them that often….mostly when Im chilling at home) and I think this one is so cute and girly and perfect for a spring day, that I just have to have it!!! If anyone in the US feels like sending me one….I would love you forever.

That must have been what the editors thought when they created the layout for this ELLE US cover. First of all I wanna congratulate them for choosing a nice pic of Reese Witherspoon. This is one of the VERY few celebrity covers I like, simple outfit, nice pose and no exagerrated smile. But I also have to ask…whyyyyy did you have to put all topics covered in this issue on the cover??? Seriously….this is so overloaded with (unnecessary) text, its not nice to look at. It would have been so much more classy and cooler with ONE big statement….maybe even two, but not ten. I mean… “Zac Efron Exclusive”….huh??? Did you really feel the need to put that on the cover? Or…”No more breakouts”…seriously??? Oh well…nice picture of Reese…

Ms. Fierce in Milan

6 Ms. Fierce in Milan

Beyonce is calling herself Sasha Fierce….but the one and only deserving this last name is Natasha Poly!!!! So Natasha Fierce of course rocks all the runways in Milan at the moment and looks better than ever. I think she has done over 50 shows already this season and she never looks tired or moody or anything. If I was a designer I would LOVE her for my shows and I would keep telling the other models to become as professional as Ms.Fierce. She didnt open Gucci which was very surprising but she definitely knew how to work that 80s look. At Pucci, looking very natural she wore two amazing dresses and the hot pink really is a good color for her. But my favorite look for her is the yellow dress at Blumarine, struttin her stuff on the crazy Marylin Monroe catwalk. Just….perfect! She owns Milan for me…
