I just found this hilarious editorial with Jonah Hill and Riley Keough from the Harper’s Bazaar June issue. Editorials that are beautiful, fashionable AND funny at the same time are hard to find, this one has it all… Jonah Hill provides “funny”, Riley Keough proviedes “beautiful” ( seriously, she looks amazing, I’m jealous ) and the outfits provide “fashionable”. The one fashion item I always wanted to have ( and someday will own, I know ittttt!!! ) is a classic Chanel 2.55 bag. I wish I could call this pile of Chanel bags in the pic my own… although I honestly would be happy with just one.

Now this is freaking adorable…. I don’t care if it’s staged or not, it looks as if both couldn’t be happier. I love it.

So last night I decided very spontaneously that I wanna go to our huge department store KaDeWe and I didn’t regret it. They have the best christmas decoration in Europe, it is amazing. And this year it is pink! Not tacky pink, very beautiful dark pink with gold, the huge christmas tree looks amazing and there are marry-go-rounds and wooden horses and birds everywhere. The best thing though are the details. If you look closely, there are candy hearts and lollipops saying “Love” everywhere. I felt like a little kid in winter wonderland. If you are in Berlin until christmas, you have to go there and see for yourself. I took these pictures with my cell phone but believe me, it looks a thousand times better in reality, and yes, thats me in the picture with the mirror, I thought it looked funny : )

Today I wanna inform you about a special advent calendar for all fashionistas out there, well….at least the German speaking ones

As you might know I have a second blog at edelight and from Dec 1 to Dec 24 we will open a door of the advent calendar each day with lots of surprises from 24 brands like Anja Gockel, Custo Barcelona or Mary&Paul. It’s time for my annual review of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show ; ) Yes, so far I’m only judging by pictures and a few short videos, we’ll see how everything looks edited. So here’s my Yay/Nay list:

The opening with the Black Eyed Peas and Alessandra, fierce, cool and eventhough Alessandra pointed a lot (which I hate) she at least did it with her mouth closed.

Some really classy outfits that focused on the lingerie, like Ana BB with faux fur, Miranda’s black one or Julia’s green one.

Lots of cool wings this year, like Izabel’s huge silver ones, Behati’s peace wings, Abbey Lee’s peacock wings and Maryna’s yellow wings.

Now it’s up to the editors of CBS to edit the show well, so we can enjoy it to the most! The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2009 will air on CBS on December 1. To all Germans: Pro7 will air the show in about 3 weeks!

In this very moment the first Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2009 is being taped, a second one will be taped later tonight. So far we only have backstage pictures, which are very cool. I love the lights on the ceiling, I love the long wavy hair of Miranda, i love the PINK dog they have there and I love the fact that his name is Steve : D

Miranda Kerr is going to rock it tomorrow at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2009. I know it.

I was never really a big fan of Alessandra Ambrosio, I don’t really like her face that much, but I just saw this picture of her shooting a promo for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show that will take place in NYC tomorrow btw and she looks gorgeous with that straight hair and this cool outfit. LOVE her shoes and the way she’s walking along the street, it’s almost like a picture taken out of a Harper’s Bazaar editorial. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s show! Of course I’ll post HQ pics of everything as soon as I can so stay tuned!!!
