If you are German, Austrian or Swiss, you will probably know Romy Schneider very well and you will also have seen her most popular movie “Sissi”. If you’re from somewhere else, let me explain this. Romy Schneider was an Austrian actress who became famous over night for her role as empress Sissi in 1955. There are three movies actually, all of them wonderfully cheesy and oh so romantic. In Germany, they’re always shown on TV around christmas so I just watched one of them and noticed how incredibly beautiful Romy Schneider was and how amazing the costumes and the hair and make up were. I love all of her empress dresses, her hair which looks as if it took hours to make those hair dos and her youthful elegance. It’s hard to find such beauty nowadays.

I just made my first order from asos! Yes, it was an impulse buy and no I can’t really afford it, but I am just in loooove with this beautiful leopard coat! Although I already own one in a more white-ish color, I just can’t wait to have this one, because it is perfect! It has the perfect color (some leo prints are too yellow or too white), the perfect cut and most of all it looks very soft and warm. It should be with me on tuesday, I really hope it will fit me.

Latest trend in fashion magazines? Animals! Yes, it seems like human models like Lily Donaldson, Miranda Kerr or Anna Selezneva are not enough anymore for their editorials. Several mags have released covers showing cute animals lately, like Miranda’s dog Frankie or fierce elegant animals like this beautiful horse on Tatler. My favorite of the moment has to be Lily Donaldson’s HB cover, on which she is holding a tiny baby leopard. On a different picture form that same editorial, she is holding an owl. Hoping that they treat these animals right, I like the concept.

Girl crush alert! Constance Jablonski has got to be one of the most stunning models of the moment. I started noticing her more often after the Vogue documentary “Les filles en vogue” came out last summer and by now, she has become one of my favs. Constance has the most beautiful blue eyes, a killer body, a super sweet French accent and seems really down to earth, like a great girl to hang out with. I think she looks best in backstage shots, like these:
