I don’t know why but ever since I got to Sydney I love this mint green color and have been buying lots of things in that shade. As you can see on my picture, I bouht this super comfy T-Shirt in light green from a store called “Sportsgirl”. The one at Oxford Street reminded me a lot of Topshop, very stylish and young and Sportsgirl doesn’t only sell clothes, but also accessories, shoes and make up. So I also bought this mint green nail polish there which goes perfect with the ring that you can see, I bought that at a store called “Diva” which sells jewellery and accessories only. The green/blue bottle that you can see there is a face cream from Miranda Kerr’s “Kora” line that you can buy here at David Jones. Smells yummy and it’s all natural! Yeah….gotta love shopping in Sydney!
I am addicted. For several years now. I haven’t lived a day without it ever since I first tried it. It feels good. I can’t stop. And I need this Muffin’s Crumb Cake Flavour that is on the pic!!!! My newest one is Vanilla Coke. Love it!
I got a question. I know there is the out-of-bed-look and stuff and I know some people dont like to style their hair, but what is someone like Mary-Kate Olsen or Erin Wasson thinking when they wear a 10000 dollar dress, ready to go to a red carpet event, they look in the mirror and see this mess on their heads?! I mean really, Erin Wasson is a beautiful woman and she looks gorgeous in the dress, but looking at her hair I just dont get if it’s supposed to be like that or if something went completely wrong. It’s not just messy and “undone”, there is this weird curly thing on the left and I think I see some pins, so weird! I don’t like it and I think she would have looked amazing with straight sleek hair. Too bad if people don’t use their potential.
Anna Selezneva has the perrrrrfect shade of Blonde on this picture. I love it! I wanna have it! Thing is… I am pretty sure it’s her natural hair color and it’s nearly impossible to create a natural shade of blonde by dyeing your hair. Sigh…
Now THATS why I love this girl!!!!! To me Claudia Schiffer is and will always be one of the best models in the world and her new D&G ad proves it! The commercial spot screams “90s” with George Michael’s “Freedom” playing in the background while supermodel Claudia gets ready for the photo shoot. It’s a great spot, it makes me wanna go to the next D&G store and smell the new fragrance. Actually, that’s what I will do tomorrow…
I love Karl Lagerfeld, he never disappoints me with his fashion shows. Same with the Chanel Cruise 2009/2010 collection shown in Venice a few days ago. The clothes were beautiful, the location right at the beach was amazing and the model line up was impressive. I just couldnt help but laugh about the hair of some of the models. Almost all of them wore short curly hair and especially Edita Vilkeviciute looked completely different with a red hair do. But the most outrageous is this one…
Finally the weather here in Berlin is awesome! 20 degrees and more everyday and a lot of sunshine! Of course this is very tempting for me to just lie in the sun for hours, hoping my pale skin will get a little tanned. Sometimes I still do it, but I try to be careful when it comes to my skin. I always use sunblocker and moisturize a lot! Yesterday I saw this cute T-Shirt that says “Yes, we tan!”. The label Maegde und Knechte from Hamburg designed it for the German Fashion mag AMICA, which btw will not be produced anymore after the next May issue. I hate this….two of my favorite mags died due to the financial situation, first German Vanity Fair, now AMICA. It’s sad….oh well….if you wanna buy the Yes, we tan T-Shirt, click here

Found this pic while flipping through the new Glamour mag, fell in love with it. Amaaaazing long wavy hair, lovely Hippie hat, beautiful make up and a check shirt which gives the romantic styling a bit of grungy attitude. PERFECT
So here are the first backstage pictures of the VSFS 08. We finally see the whole cast, Isabeli Fontana and Inguna Butane are there too, which makes me very happy. The make up looks quite nice, not as trashy as last years, but we will have to wait for the taping to see what it really looks like. They definitely tried to make it glamorous, fake long lashes and bright eyeshadow and it looks as if they did a better job with the bronzer this year. Here are some more pics…
John Galliano is known as being quite extrordinary and over the top or simply very creative. I think he does a great job for Dior, but of course he also has his own collection “John Galliano”, which surprises each season. I would love to read John’s mind sometimes, like yesterday when he was backstage before his fashion show and saw all the models getting hair and make up done. I seriously have never seen a crazier style than in this show. Multicolored hair with pieces of paper in it??!!! All colors of the rainbow on one face????!!! My first thought was…ok,this is too much. But then I saw the close ups and it just looks so creative and special so I began to like it. The bad thing is, I hardly payed any attention to the clothes. The makeup was just overwhelming by itself and I am sure that this wasn’t John’s intention. I think the bottom line is: Either you love him or you hate him - I love him.
