…at least the life of those models! I love these two pictures of an editorial for Glamour magazine. They make me wanna eat ice cream and wear candy colors everyday! Oh and I wanna buy balloons!

A great editorial can make me really happy and this one almost made my day. The models are Behati Prinsloo and Jamie Strachan, yes, her super hot boyfriend. When I first saw Behati a few years ago working for Victoria’s Secret I thought she was cute, but that was all. Now I think she is one of the most naturally beautiful models in the whole world and great for editorial work. This picture is from the summer edition of i-D magazine which shows very intimate pictures of the couple. You can see the rest of the ed here. Best thing about it is, there is a video too! All this beauty… Lindsay Ellingson has really grown on me during the past few months, she has something that not a lot models have, she can be both commercial as you can see by her Victoria’s Secret work and she can also be high fashion like on the cover of Vogue Mexico Feb 2010 issue. But no matter what she does, her face always looks extremely soft and pretty which I love. This has to be one of my favorite Vogue covers of 2010 so far and the editorial makes me want to get hair extensions ; )

I’m still in Australia, roadtrippin up north at the moment and enjoying every second. So while I surfed the internet in my motel room I stumbled across this new editorial with Riley Keough. It’s from the Feb issue of Vogue Russia which is dedicated to the US, lord knows why ;) I love Riley, I’ve been a cheerleader myself so this is a great photoshoot for me, yes it’s a bit tacky but it’s also a lot of fun, check it out…

Today I was looking for French Vogue when I turned around and saw Miranda Kerr on the cover of German GQ. I flipped through it and saw that this was the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2009 Backstage Special Issue. I am a little bit confused because the past years, it used to be GQ UK and they released it in June of the following year. I always thought that was bullshit so I am happy that German GQ seems to publish the VS issues now. These are my scans, enjoy!

I just found this hilarious editorial with Jonah Hill and Riley Keough from the Harper’s Bazaar June issue. Editorials that are beautiful, fashionable AND funny at the same time are hard to find, this one has it all… Jonah Hill provides “funny”, Riley Keough proviedes “beautiful” ( seriously, she looks amazing, I’m jealous ) and the outfits provide “fashionable”. Sigh….what a long day… I’m super tired, had quite an exhausting day, but those two pictures made me smile, because they’re so beautiful. They’re part of an editorial from the december issue of UK Harper’s Bazzar. I just love the model Michaela Hlavackova and I love the outfits even more. What amazing dresses….sigh….oh I wanna have them so bad….I hope I dream of them tonight.

What a beautiful photoshoot. Miranda Kerr is on the cover of Australian Grazia magazine and the editorial is stunning. Shot with the amazing Sydney skyline in the background Miranda presents the new swimwear and looks great as always. I love the black baloons.

Wow, now that is one big Photoshop mess. Annie Leibovitz shot this cover and basically it could have been epic, unfortunatley someone just had a little bit too much fun photoshopping it. Aparently all four of them, Nicole Kidman, Marion Cotillard, Penelope Cruz and Kate Hudson were actually there at this beach for the shooting, but after hours of retouching it looks like someone copy/pasted their pics on the stunning background. However, if you ignore the photoshop job, it is a great picture with beautiful lighting and much better than many other VOGUE US covers. So far one more pic was published, all of them wearing black which makes me think the cover would have looked so much better with them wearing a darker color. Anyways, let’s wait for the content to really judge this issue.

It was like christmas and my birthday at the same time when I found my Vogue Anniversary Issue in the mailbox yesterday. Actually it was only half in the mailbox, the other half didnt fit in. Ladies and Gentlemen, this issue has 730 pages!!! It is so heavy, I had to actually carry it with both hands into my house. I got the Bruce Weber issue (the other two are Karl lagerfeld and Peter Lindbergh issues) and so far I think it is amazing. I only flipped through it yet and scanned my favorite editorial called “Berlin bei Nacht” with models Abbey Lee Kershaw, Candice Swanepoel and Behati Prinsloo. Here are my scans…
